RYE CHASIN Return and Exchange Policy

1. Final Sale & Exchange Restrictions

Due to the nature of the brand's cross-border business, all orders are Final Sale. Except for products with quality issues, exchange requests for non-quality reasons (such as personal preference, wrong size judgment, etc.) will not be accepted.

2. Size Labeling & Measurement Tolerance

All size labels in the size chart are in centimeters (CM). Due to objective errors in manual measurement, a difference of 2-3cm between the actual size and the labeled size is normal and does not constitute a quality issue.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after submission, and we will process the refund upon confirmation. If the goods have been shipped, no order cancellation requests will be accepted.

4. Fraudulent Order Handling

Orders paid by credit card may be identified as fraudulent orders due to system risk detection. For such orders, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance and processing, and related costs (such as bank fees, exchange rate losses, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.

5. Proof for Quality-Related Exchanges

All products are shipped in brand-new, unopened packaging. The product hangtag is an important proof for judging quality-related exchange requests. When applying for an exchange, the hangtag must be kept intact and returned with the product; otherwise, it may affect the exchange review result.

6. Other Terms

• Exchanges for quality issues are only applicable to the same style and size (if in stock), and cross-style or cross-size exchanges are not supported.

• For exchanges due to quality issues, the shipping cost of returning the product will be borne by the brand (limited to standard logistics); the shipping cost for returns due to non-quality reasons will be borne by the customer.

• We will process the exchange within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming it meets the exchange conditions. The specific time is subject to the logistics cycle.

 

RYE CHASIN 退換貨協議

1. 最終銷售與換貨限制

鑒於品牌跨洋業務屬性,所有訂單均為最終銷售(Final Sale)。除產品存在質量問題外,不接受任何因個人喜好、尺碼誤判等非質量問題提出的換貨申請。

2. 尺碼標註與測量誤差

產品尺碼表中所有尺寸標註單位均為厘米(CM)。由於人工測量存在客觀誤差,實際尺寸與標註尺寸相差2-3cm範圍內均屬正常,不構成質量問題。

3. 訂單取消政策

您可在訂單提交後24小時內申請取消訂單,我們將在確認後辦理退款。若貨物已發出,將不再接受任何取消訂單的訴求。

4. 欺詐訂單處理

使用信用卡支付的訂單可能因系統風險檢測被判定為欺詐訂單。對此類訂單,我們有權不予接受及處理,相關費用(如銀行手續費、匯率損失等)需由客戶自行承擔。

5. 質量問題換貨憑證

所有產品均以全新未拆封包裝發出。產品吊牌是判定質量問題換貨訴求的重要憑證,申請換貨時需確保吊牌完整保留並隨貨物一同寄回,否則可能影響換貨審核結果。

6. 其他條款

• 質量問題換貨僅支持更換同款式、同尺碼產品(若有庫存),不支持跨款式或跨尺碼更換。

• 因質量問題產生的換貨,寄回產品的運費由品牌承擔(限標準物流方式);非質量問題寄回的運費由客戶自行承擔。

• 我們將在收到退回產品並確認符合換貨條件後的5-7個工作日內處理換貨事宜,具體時效受物流周期影響。
