PRODUCT PRESENTATION
■ FABRIC
The outer shell is made from ripstop camouflage fabric commonly used in military garments.
The lining is made from pink faux fur.
■ FIT
The design is based on the classic CAMO BOMBER from RAF SIMONS' iconic Fall/Winter 2001 "Riot! Riot! Riot!" runway collection.
■ DESIGN CONCEPT
The inspiration comes from KANYE's merchandise for his album THE LIFE OF PABLO. One of his rarest merchandise pieces featured four rows of "PABLO" printed on the back.
I recalled this piece from memory and used a deconstructed approach to create this design.
The faux fur lining can be turned outward and exposed on the outside. All the zippers are also pink, and when styling the jacket, unzipping the sleeves reveals the pink faux fur underneath.
It's a very interesting piece.
